Spring weekends. Do you head to the beach or catch the end of the snow season?
When you've (aka Hello Sir) been lucky enough to score a 2020 BMW X5 M Competition for the weekend - you'll probably want to spend most of it cruising.
We did exactly that, making our way from Canberra - Jervis Bay - Batemans Bay - Perisher and home again - the perfect Spring weekend cruise.
It was more than comfortable spending the weekend cruising this magnificent beast.
With a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 SUV that drives and performs like a sports car with an extraordinary 460kW and 750Nm, 0–100km/h in 3.8 seconds. Inside, the X5 M Competition comes with four-zone climate control, Harman Kardon Audio, soft-close doors, panoramic sunroof, full leather interior, heated and cooled front cupholders and an M-specific head-up display. Infotainment is via a 12.3-inch screen with the option to use touch inputs, a console control wheel, conversational voice inputs or basic gesture controls depending on the function.
